Procurement will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure in accordance with R.A. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).
The BAC will issue hard copies of the bidding documents (BDs) at the Office of the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat at the office of the MPDC, upon payment of the bid document fee at the Municipal Treasurer’s Office. Prospective bidder that will download the BDs from the PHILGEPS site shall pay the fees on or before submission of their bid documents. Bid must be accompanied by a bid security, in the amount and acceptable form as stated in Sec 27.2 of the Revised IRR of R.A. 9184.
The pre-bid conference and the opening of bids shall be held at the Conference Room, 2/F Municipal Hall Building, Poblacion, Magnet, Cotabato. Prospective bidders shall submit their duly accomplished forms as specified in the BDs in one (1) envelop and inside two (2) separate seal bid envelop, the first (1st) envelop is the Technical component of the bid which shall include the eligibility requirements and the second (2nd) envelop shall contain the financial component of the bid. The BAC requires to submit 4 COPY of each eligibility documents which the 1st – “ORIGINAL”, COPY 1, COPY 2, and COPY 3. Contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid as Determined in the bids evaluation and the post-qualification. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the aforementioned address. Eligibility documents and Bid proposals submitted after the deadline shall not be accepted.
